Unknown Name of Flowers

Does anyone of my visitors and readers knows the name of this flowers? If so, please leave your answer either by posting a comments or simply in my shoutbox, ok. I am just so intrigued about this flower and its name. I am not sure and no idea, really. Just found this flower from the forest streams and took a photo of it. But to be honest my first time to see such kind.
